Game Drives in Kruger National Park

A 4 day overland tour to the Kruger National Park, with a choice of camping or accommodation.

This overland adventure takes you through the scenic Mpumalanga Province, where you'll stop to admire spectacular scenery along the way.

The trip carries on to the world-re owned Kruger National Park, for a few days of exciting game viewing, educational game drives and camping under the stars.



Game Drives in Kruger National Park
Day1
Johannesburg - Botswana Border
An early departure from Johannesburg takes us north where we set up camp near the Botswana border.
Day2
Makgadikgadi Pans - Botswana
Traveling via Francistown the night is spent at Kubu island on the Makgadikgadi Pans for a truly unforgettable experience.
Day3/4
Chobe River - Kasane
Camp is set up on the banks of the Chobe River, an area famous for its beautiful scenery, magnificent sunsets and abundance of wildlife and birdlife. We enjoy a game viewing cruise on the Chobe River.
Day5/6
Livingstone/ Victoria Falls/ Zambia
We travel across the Zambian border to Livingstone from where we may view Victoria Falls, walk the local markets, and experience the optional activities including white water rafting, bungi jumping, rhino walks, elephant back safaris etc.
Day7/8
Lower Zambezi National Park
Traveling through southern Zambia we set up camp on the banks of the Zambezi River at and enjoy the sunset from the deck overlooking the river. Options exist to canoe and do river excursions.
Day9
Luangwa River
Continuing through Zambia via the capital city of Lusaka our camp is installed near the Luangwa River.
Day10/11
South Luangwa National Park
South Luangwa National Park is one of the finest wildlife sanctuaries in Africa. We enjoy watching the wildlife come to drink in front of our camp and an early morning game drives. Optional night game drive
Day12-15
Malawi
The lake, with its crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and beautiful bays, is surrounded by high rugged peaks and mountains. We set up camp on the lakeshore, swim, suntan and relax for two days.. We climb Mount Mulanje, enjoy unique forests.
Day16-19
Mozambique
The scenic eastern highland mountains with their many scattered traditional African villages. The evening is spent around the campfire enjoying the solitude of our bush camp, overlooking the waters of the Mozambique coast. Days are spent at leisure swimming, simply relaxing on the beach or enjoying one of the optional activities including snorkeling and diving.
Day20/21
Swaziland
The colourful and vibrant local markets, the social and economic hub of life in the towns and villages, provide the visitor with an insight into the richness of the local culture.
Day22/23
Kruger National Park , South Africa
Returning to South Africa we enter the famous wildlife sanctuary of the Kruger National Park, one of the oldest game reserves in Africa. Our time is spent on early morning and late afternoon game drives observing numerous species of animals and birds and relaxing in camp during midday.
Day24
Johannesburg
After an early morning game drive we drive back to Johannesburg and the tour ends.
