THE EXPERIENCE
Overland Across Southern Africa
Led by Angus and Haley, these overland journeys offer you the chance to drive your own 4x4, or be a passenger, whilst exploring the very best of Namibia, Botswana, or Zambia — each with its own landscapes, wildlife, and a deep connection to wildlife conservation.
Choose to travel through Namibia's vast deserts, world famous Etosha National Park, and iconic dune fields. Experience Botswana's wildlife rich Okavango Delta and Kalahari regions, or discover Zambia's mighty Victoria Falls and the tranquil and wildlife rich Zambezi River.
Our standard duration is 12 days in-country. If you prefer a longer adventure, our routes can be seamlessly combined into one extended overland journey across two or three countries, allowing you to explore for three to six weeks. We’re also happy to arrange alternative dates or fully private departures for your own group — just speak to us to tailor the journey.

What's Included
Fully Equipped 4x4 Vehicle
You’ll travel in a Toyota Hilux or Land Cruiser — Angus’s preferred overland vehicles, chosen for their reliability and ability to handle tough terrain. Equipped with roof-top tents, dual batteries, fridge/freezer, heavy-duty tyres, long-range fuel tanks, recovery gear, and onboard water, they’re built for comfort and safety.
All Park & Community Fees
National park entry fees, community campsite charges, and conservation fees — all included in your trip cost.
Accommodation
A carefully chosen mix of riverside campsites, national park wilderness camps, and comfortable lodges at the start and end of your journey. Each location is selected by Angus and Haley for its safety, atmosphere, and proximity to wildlife, ensuring you experience exceptional settings without compromising comfort.
Safety & Support
2-way radio per vehicle, recovery gear, first aid kits, vehicle checks, route monitoring, and 24/7 support including repairs. Arrival and departure transfers are included.
Conservation Awareness
Gain a deeper understanding of Africa’s ecosystems, wildlife behaviour, and conservation challenges, supported by Haley’s first hand conservation knowledge and insight. Through daily experiences and time in remote wilderness, you’ll build awareness of responsible travel, habitat protection, and tourism’s role in supporting conservation.
Food & Catering
Fresh fruit, vegetables, and quality meat form the basis of our meals, with fresh lunches prepared daily. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request, and tea, coffee, and drinking water are included throughout.
Professional Guidance
Angus and Haley, your Adventure Leaders, bring over 20 years of experience, providing daily support, safety oversight, and wildlife insight. Their approach is grounded in conservation awareness, encouraging responsible travel and respect for Africa’s wild environments.
